Our pocket filters for the filtration in ventilation devices and installations of all kind have proven themselves in many fields of use. They are used, among other things, in air conditioning systems of offices, schools or laboratories as well as in prefilters for fine dust filters and in paint shops.
Pocket Filters G3 and G4
These pocket filters are manufactured from a synthetic filter medium with progressive depth structure. The material condenses towards the clean-air side and therefore uses the full volume of the nonwoven for dust absorption. Continuous pockets and rimless welding guarantee high tightness.

Pocket Filters M5, M6, F7, F8 and F9
Consisting of a multilayer filter medium, these pocket filters show a good inlet flow performance and an effective use of the filter surface. Thus they offer a very good price-performance ratio with a high degree of efficiency and they are resource-friendly.

Pocket Filters V-Series G3, G4, M5 and M6
Their high inherent rigidity leads to an ideal pocket opening with improved air flow and optimal as well as complete dust-loading of the pockets. The high dust absorption capacity, service life and pressure load qualify this type especially for industrial applications with demanding operating conditions.

Pocket Filters Ex-Protect G4, M5, M6, F7, F8 and F9
Furthermore our pocket filter range includes pocket filters in accordance with the ATEX guideline for explosive environments. Static charging of the filters is avoided by a special fabric in form of an electrically conductive medium with an embedded metal fabric. These filters are tested and certified by TÜV (German Association for Technical Inspection).

All Sanin Filtertechnik pocket filters are made of a synthetic filter medium in accordance with the Oeko Tex Standard 100 certification for non-hazardous textiles and are therefore especially environmental friendly and recyclable:

- Special sizes available on request
- Frame designs: Plastic frame (25 mm), metal frame (20 or 25 mm)
- Plastic frame design fully incinerable
Manufactured from break-proof, synthetic and ecologically harmless fibers, they show following material properties:
- Tested according to DIN EN 779:2012
- Fire protection according to DIN 53438-3 (F1)
- Humidity resistant up to 100% r. h.
- Coating compatibility according to IPA-testing
- Temperature-resistance depending on the frame design up to max. 80°C
The ongoing production is monitored with internal filter test stands and modern quality management tools. Among synthetic filter media there is for each case a glass fiber and a biostatic version available.
