This nonwoven is manufactured by swirling, intertwining and bonding fleece fibers via waterjetting under high pressure. This kind of mechanical bonding creates a very uniform pore structure which allows for an efficient initial filtration. Large system widths and feeds make high production speeds and therefore efficient manufacturing possible. Thus these filter fleeces for the filtration of cooling lubricants can be cost-effectively used in milling machines, surface grinding machines or other grinding machines.
